Reservation Attention
1. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before proceed to your reservation. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions.
2. Please contact hotel Reservation Department if there is any physically challenged or other special requirement to enable us providing a comfortable and safety stay.
3. The rates displayed on this site are subjected to 5% government tax and 10% service charge. The room rate is varies, when you make the reservation(s), the price display on calendar is on estimation. The actual room rate should be displayed on payment page, please review total amount carefully before you enter the credit card information.
4. A Credit Card is required to confirm/guarantee your reservation and it is for verification purposes. You are required to enter your credit card details to complete your reservation.
Attention : It will not be charged at the time of booking and full settlement is required upon check-out.
5. To ensure the safety and security of the credit card transaction, it is advisable for the cardholder to be personally check-in to the hotel.
Kindly present your ID and valid credit card that you have used for this transaction upon check-in. The reservation will not be accepted otherwise.
6. Check-in Procedure : Check-in time is 3.00pm. Kindly present your ID/passport and reservation confirmation upon check-in.
7. Check-out time is 12.00pm. You are required to settle your room charges and any additional charges that may be incurred throughout your stay (e.g additional breakfast, extension nights, extra bed, F & B consumption, telephone charges etc) upon check-out at the Front Office Cashier.
8. If your reservation is affected by force majeure such as earthquake, traffic interruption caused by typhoon or any other reasons, you may contact the hotel reservation department within 3 days from the check-in date (including the check-in date) to modify or cancel your reservation accordingly.
9. The Online Reservation System only accepts making room reservation, tracing your reservation record, cancellation and tracing your cancellation record. Should you wish to modify your reservation, kindly cancel the original reservation and create a new reservation.
10. Cancellation Policy:
(a) Cancellation made 1 day or less remaining prior to the arrival, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of your booking will be levied.
(b) Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival, a penalty of 15% base on the total amount of your booking will be levied.
(c) Cancellation made 4 days and above (inclusive) prior to the arrival, NO cancellation fees will be imposed.
11. Internet promotion will not be credited into EVA Air Membership Mileages Claim, and not applicable for other promotion.
