Reservation Attention
1.Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this site.
2.To ensure that customers will be served comfortably and safely, please contact the hotel reservation department if there are any special needs such as for a legally designated disabled person, so that service details will be arranged.
3.The displayed room rate subject to 7% government tax, and a 10% service charge. In addition, the room rate varies, so when you make a reservation, the price displayed on the calendar is an estimate. The actual room rate will be displayed on the payment page. Please review the total amount carefully before you enter your credit card information.
4.A credit card is required to confirm/guarantee your reservation,and it's only for checking the availability of credit card.You have to enter your credit card number for completing your reservation.
Attention: it will not be charged at the time of booking,and you will settle all the payment upon check out.
5.To ensure credit card transaction safety, the one making the reservation must be the same person who checks in to the hotel. At check in, customers must present a photo ID and the credit card that you used on this site. If you do not present the aforementioned items, the reservation will not be accepted.
6.Check-in procedure: Check-in time is 3:00pm. You must present a photo ID at check in. You must present your personal ID card (or passport) and reservation confirmation.
7.Check-out time is 12:00pm. When you check out, please pay directly to the hotel front desk any additional charges that may have been incurred, like extra nights, extra beds, dining, tips, and telephone charges.
8.If your reservation is affected by force majeure such as earthquake, traffic interruption caused by typhoon or any other reasons, you may contact the hotel reservation department within 2 days from the check-in date (including the check-in date) to modify or cancel your reservation accordingly.
9.The on-line reservation system only accepts making reservation(s), reservation record inquiry, canceling reservation(s) and cancellation record inquiry. If you want to modify your reservation, please cancel the original reservation first and make a new reservation.
10.You can cancel reservations on this site, and please kindly note the cancellation policy as follows:
(a) If you cancel a reservation during the check-in day, the cancellation penalty will be 100% of the total amount of your booking;
(b) If you cancel a reservation with 2 to 3 days remaining before the check-in day, the cancellation penalty will be 15% of the total amount of your booking;
(c) If you cancel a reservation with 4 or more days remaining (including the fourth day) before the check-in day, the cancellation penalty will be 0% of the total amount of your booking.
11.Internet discounts can not credit EVA AIR MEMBERSHIP mileages. Other promotions cannot be combined with this one as part of the same reservation.
